Using the Internet:
Online orders can be placed at www.ipage.ingram.com.
In order to receive the appropriate discounts, you must add orders to you IPS Cart. You cannot place an IPS order using either the main ipage Quick Cart or Selection List feature. You may add titles to the cart in 2 different ways:
- On the ipage Product Detail screen for an individual item available through IPS, you will see the Ingram Publisher Services Cart information. This information will be located in the lower-right hand portion of your screen. Inside this box, you can enter the appropriate quantity and then click Add to IPS Cart to directly place this title in your IPS Cart. You can click View/Edit Cart to go to either make edits or place your order.
- You can add them directly to the cart by entering the product code (EAN/UPC) and the quantity. A text file of products and quantities is available for uploading.
Electronic Ordering channels:

Any customer using a modem connection and flashback® electronic ordering software must establish a new vendor for Ingram Publishing Services. Customers should use 800.669.4149 for placing these orders. Ingram will accept orders from most of the inventory management and POS systems.
